is Transamerica Title & Escrow's branch manager in charge of their Port
Orchard branch. and Ted Benson is charge of the Silverdale Branch. Their
extensive knowledge of the title provides our clients with detailed and specific
information on neighborhoods, such as the sales history and the covenants and
restrictions that affect our clients’ property. Sam and Ted also assist us with
the marketing of our listings and helping to find potential
buyers.

With
nearly 25 Years experience in the Building Services Engineering Maintenance
Industry in the UK. Qualified with City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering,
BTEC Business Studies and a Diploma in Building Maintenance Management with the
Chartered Institute of Building. Gary brings extensive knowledge and experience
of building systems to the Home Inspection Industry in the USA. He
encourages our clients to attend the inspection which normally takes 2 to 4
hours. Mark also supplies a written report to our clients when he has completed
his inspection.
Dan Mellis
I have an extensive background
in finance and economics. I graduated with a degree in quantatative
economics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo before working first as a stock
broker, then as a Commodities Trading Advisor specializing in Treasury Bond
futures trading. I was also in the first wave of analysts who received the
Chartered Market Technicians (CMT) designation from the Market Technicians
Association in 1988. At that time, I specialized in creating automated
trading systems for stock and futures trading.
I began my career as a mortgage
originator in 2002; and founded Waterfront Mortgage in January 2008. We work
with nearly 100 lenders, it used to be well over 100 lenders, but we've seen
many lenders go out of business in the past 18 months. Our goal is to provide
our clients with the very best loan possible for their individual needs and
provide our clients with some forward vision of the financial markets in order
to understand the current financial complexities. We provide virtually
every loan category available in today's financial environment, including
conventional loans, FHA, VA, USDA Rural Development, small commercial,
construction lending (yes, there are still a couple of construction lenders
available, but it's a tough loan to do right now) and hard money
loans.
